কংগ্রেস ছাড়লেন রিপুন বোরা (Ripun Bora)। আজ কংগ্রেসের অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন সভানেত্রী সোনিয়া গান্ধীকে (Sonia Gandhi) চিঠি পাঠিয়ে তিনি দল ছেড়েছেন। চিঠিতে তিনি লিখেছেন, "বিজেপির বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করার পরিবর্তে, অসম কংগ্রেসের সিনিয়র পদের নেতাদের একটি অংশ বিজেপি সরকারের সঙ্গে, প্রধানত মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর সঙ্গে গোপন বোঝাপড়া বজায় রেখেছে।" অসম প্রদেশ কংগ্রেসের প্রাক্তন সভাপতি রিপুন আগামী সপ্তাহেই হাত ছেড়ে তৃণমূলে নাম লেখাতে পারেন। একটি সূত্র অবশ্য জানিয়েছে যে প্রাক্তন সংসদ এখনও চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেননি। কয়েকটি শর্ত নিয়ে এখনও আলোচনা চলছে।
