ভয়াবহ ছবি সামনে এল উত্তরাখণ্ড (Uttarakhand) থেকে। মেঘভাঙা (Cloudburst) বৃষ্টিতে এবার উত্তরকাশিতে (Uttarkashi) নামল ভয়ঙ্কর বন্যা। উত্তরকাশির ধারালি গ্রামে নামতে শুরু করে জলের রুদ্র রূপের বন্যা। ফলে ধারালি গ্রাম কার্যত শেষ হয়ে যায় বলে প্রাথমিকভাবে মনে করা হচ্ছে। পাশাপাশি জল যেভাবে রুদ্র রূপ নিয়ে নামতে শুরু করে, তার জেরে ধারালি গ্রামের সবাই নিরাপদ আশ্রয়ে পৌঁছতে পারেননি। হঠাৎ বন্যার জেরে অনেকেই সেখানে আটকে পড়েছেনবলে মনে করা হচ্ছে।
