উত্তরপ্রদেশের (Uttar Pradesh) সম্বলে জামা মসজিদকে কেন্দ্র করে রবিবার সকাল সকাল বাঁধল ধুন্ধুমার কাণ্ড। আদালতের নির্দেশে মসজিদে সমীক্ষাকে কেন্দ্র করে পুলিশ এবং উন্মত্ত জনতা সংঘর্ষে জড়ায়। ধ্বস্তাধস্তির মাঝে পুলিশকে লক্ষ্য করে বিক্ষোভকারীরা ইট পাটকেল ছুঁড়তে থাকে। ক্ষুব্ধ জনতাকে ছত্রভঙ্গ করতে পালটা কাঁদানে গ্যাস ছোঁড়ে পুলিশ। সম্বলের (Sambhal) পরিস্থিতি ক্রমশ আরও উত্তপ্ত হয়ে ওঠে। রাস্তার বহু গাড়িতে আগুন জ্বালিয়ে দেয় ক্ষিপ্ত বিক্ষোভকারীরা। উত্তেজিত জনতাকে রুখতে আনা হয় বিশাল পুলিশ বাহিনী। সম্বলের জামা মসজিদ ঘিরে উত্তেজনার নানা ভিডিয়ো উঠে এসেছে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায়। স্থানীয় সূত্রে খবর, আদালতের নির্দেশের পর রবিবার সকাল সাড়ে ৭টা নাগাদ দ্বিতীয় দফায় সমীক্ষার দল জামা মসজিদে পৌঁছয়। আর পরেই বাঁধে বিক্ষোভ।
