কেন্দ্রীয় বাজেটে এখন ব্রিফকেসের বসলে অর্থমন্ত্রীর হাতে ট্যাব উঠে এলেও রাজ্যগুলি এখনও ধারা মেনেই বাজেট পত্র বহন করছেন। উল্লেখ্য যে ব্রিফকেসটি মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর হাতে ছিল সেটিতে কামধেনু আঁকা ছিল যা গোবর দিয়ে তৈরি রঙে রাঙানো।
