বড়সড় সাফল্যের মুখ দেখল সীমান্ত রক্ষাবাহিনী। পাঞ্জাবের ভারত-পাকিস্তান সীমান্তে অত্যাধুনিক অস্ত্র উদ্ধার করল সীমান্তরক্ষী বাহিনী। আজ (২৩শে অগাস্ট) ফিরোজপুর সেক্টরে ৬টি ম্যাগাজিন সহ ৩টি একে ৪৭ (AK47) রাইফেল, ৪টি ম্যাগাজিন সহ থ্রি এম থ্রি (3 M3) রাইফেল এবং ২টি ম্যাগাজিন সহ ২টি পিস্তল। বিএসএফ সূত্র বলছে তাঁরা সন্দেহ করছেন যে মনে হচ্ছে পাকিস্তান থেকে এই অস্ত্র পাচার করা হয়েছে।
