Bombay High Court: শরদ পাওয়ারের নাতির কারখানা বন্ধ করার মহারাষ্ট্র দূষণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ বোর্ডের নির্দেশ খারিজ বোম্বে হাই কোর্টে
শরদ পাওয়ারের নাতি ও এনসিপি বিধায়ক রোহিত পাওয়ারের একটি কারখানা বন্ধ করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছিল মহারাষ্ট্র দূষণ নিয়ন্ত্র বোর্ড।
শরদ পাওয়ারের নাতি (Sharad Pawar's grandnephew) ও এনসিপি বিধায়ক রোহিত পাওয়ারের (Nationalist Congress Party MLA Rohit Pawar) একটি কারখানা বন্ধ করার নির্দেশ দিয়েছিল মহারাষ্ট্র দূষণ নিয়ন্ত্র বোর্ড (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board)।
বৃহস্পতিবার সেই নির্দেশ খারিজ করে দিল মুম্বই হাইকোর্ট (BombayHighCourt)। সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের ২৭ তারিখ মহারাষ্ট্র দূষণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ বোর্ড রোহিত পাওয়ার মালিকাধীন বারামতী অ্যাগ্রো লিমিটেড (Baramati Agro Ltd) নামে একটি চিনি কারখানা (sugar factory) বিভিন্ন কারণ দেখিয়ে বন্ধ করার (closure) নির্দেশ দিয়েছিল।
