এবার বিহার (Bihar) থেকে যে ভিডিয়ো উঠে এল,তা দেখে চমকে উঠতে শুরু করেছেন মানুষ। বিহারে খনি বিভাগের এক মহিলাকে আধিকারিককে চুলের মুঠি ধরে টানতে টানতে নিয়ে আসে বেশ কিছু মানুষ। পাটনার বিঠা জেলায় ওই মহিলা অফিসারকে (Woman Officer) চূড়ান্ত হেনস্থা করে বেশ কিছু মানুষ। প্রকাশ্যে তাঁর চুলের মুঠি ধরে টানতে টানতে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয়। যে ভিডিয়ো প্রকাশ্যে আসতেই পুলিশ পদক্ষেপ করে। বিঠা জেলার ওই ঘটনায় দায়ের করা হয়েছে এফআইআর। পরপর ৩টি এফআইআর দায়ের করা হয়। সেই সঙ্গে গ্রেফতার করা হয় ৪৪ জনকে।
