Rape: মিসড কল থেকে পরিচয়ের পর মহিলাকে ধর্ষণ, ১৫ বছরের জেল বিহারের ব্যক্তি

মিসড কল থেকে দু জনের পরিচয় হয়। তারপর নিয়মিত ফোন করে বন্ধুত্ব গড়ে তোলা। এভাবে কিছু দিন চলার পর বোকারোয় এসে এক হোটেলে ডেকে খাবারে ওষুধ মিশিয়ে ২৩ বছরের সেই মহিলাকে অচৈন্য অবস্থায় ধর্ষণ করে বিহারের আরওয়াল জেলার বাসিন্দা সেই ব্যক্তি। সেই মহিলাকে ধর্ষণের ভিডিয়োও তুলে রাখে বিহারের সেই ব্যক্তি। পরে সেই ভিডিয়ো ভাইরাল করার ভয় দেখিয়ে মহিলাকে বারবার শারীরিক সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলার প্রস্তাব দেয়। ব্ল্যাকমেল সহ্য করতে না পেরে স্থানীয় পুলিশ স্টেশনে অভিযোগ দায়ের করেছিলেন সেই মহিলা।

২০২১ সালের এই ধর্ষণের ঘটনায় সেই ব্যক্তিকে ১৫ বছরের কারাদণ্ড ও ২৫ হাজার টাকা জরিমানা করল বোকারোর জেলা আদালত।
