Assam : অসমে চা বাগানে বিদ্যুস্পষ্ট হয়ে মৃত্যু হাতির, ঘটনাস্থলে বনদফতরের আধিকারিকরা

অসমে বিদ্যুস্পৃষ্ট হয়ে মৃত্যু হল একটি হাতির। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে অসমের উদালগিরি জেলার একটি চা বাগানে। জানা গেছে,  হাতিগড় এলাকার একটি ব্যক্তিগত চা বাগানে বিদ্যুতের স্পর্শে মরে পড়ে থাকতে দেখা যায় হাতিটিকে।

ঘটনার জেরে খবর দেওয়া হয় বন আধিকারিকদের। তারা এসে দেহটিকে উদ্ধার করে। বিদ্যুতের সংস্পর্শে এসে হাতির মৃত্যু হওয়ার ঘটনা এই নতুন নয়।এর আগে বহবার জঙ্গলের মধ্যে দিয়ে পথ পেরোতে গিয়ে বিদ্যুস্পৃষ্ট হয়ে একসঙ্গে অনেকগুলির হাতির মৃত্যুর খবরও শোনা গেছে।
