গুজরাটের সুরাটে চাঞ্চল্যকর ঘটনা। সুরাটের এক হীরের ফার্মের হিসেবরক্ষক ভারিয়াভ ব্রিজের কাছে অচৈতন্য হয়ে পড়েছিলেন। এরপর তিনি সংজ্ঞা ফিরে দেখে তাঁর বাম হাতের আঙুলের চারটে আঙুল নেই। রক্তাক্ত অবস্থায় তিনি এখন হাসপাতালে ভর্তি। সুরাটের আমরোলি পুলিশ তদন্ত শুরু করেছে।
তারপারা নামের সেই হিসেবরক্ষ পুলিশকে দেওয়া বিবৃতিতে জানান, তিনি ভেদান্ত সার্কেলের কাছে এক বন্ধুর কাছে গিয়েছিলেন। রবিবার রাতে সেই বন্ধুর বাড়ি ফেরার সময় আচমকাই জ্ঞান হারান। জ্ঞান ফিরে দেখে তাঁর বাম হাতের চারটে আঙুল নেই।
