ইংরেজি বলতে পারেন না, এই অপরাধে এক তেলুগুভাষী মহিলাকে তাঁর আন থেকে সরিয়ে দিল বিমানকর্মীরা। এই চাঞ্চল্যকর ঘটনাটি জানতে পেরে বিমান সংস্থা ইন্ডিগোর উপরে বেজায় চটেছেন তেলেঙ্গানার মন্ত্রী কেটি রামারাও (KT Rama Rao )। বিমান সংস্থাকে উদ্দেশ্য করে তিনি সাফ বলেছেন, "প্রিয় ইন্ডিগো কর্তৃপক্ষ আপনাদের কাছে আমরা অনুরোধ, স্থানীয় ভাষা ও যাত্রীদের সম্মান করতে শিখুন। স্থানীয়দের বেশিরভাগ হিন্দি বা ইংরেজিতে স্বচ্ছন্দ নাই হতে পারেন। এঁদের সঙ্গে বার্তালাপ করার জন্য বেশি বেশি করে তেলুগু, তামিল, কন্নড় জানা কর্মী নিয়োগ করুন। তাহলে দুদিকেরই মুখরক্ষা হবে।"
