বিএসএফ আয়োজিত এই সাইকেল তিরঙ্গা র্যালি বান্দিপোরা থেকে শ্রীনগর পর্যন্ত অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। স্বাধীনতার ৭৯ বছর উদযাপনের অংশ হিসাবে এই র্যালির দূরত্ব ৭৯ কিমি (79 km cycle race ) রাখা হয়েছে।
