গত সোমবার প্রয়াত হয়েছেন বিশিষ্ট সঙ্গীতশিল্পী (Indian Singer) পঙ্কজ উদাস (Pankaj Udhas)। তাঁর মৃত্যুতে শোকস্তব্ধ বিনোদন জগত ও ভক্তকুল। আজ তাঁর মরদেহ আনা হল মুম্বইয়ে (Mumbai) বাসভবনে। সেখানেই তাঁর আত্মীয় পরিজন, বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিত্ব শেষ শ্রদ্ধা জানাবেন। পাশাপাশি এখান থেকেই তাঁর মরদেহ শেষকৃত্যের জন্য রওনা দেবে। প্রসঙ্গত, বর্ষীয়ান শিল্পীর মৃত্যুকালে বয়স হয়েছিল ৭২ বছর। দীর্ঘদিন ধরেই শারীরিক অসুস্থতায় ভুগছিলেন তিনি। ১৭ মে ১৯৫১ সালে গুজরাটে (Gujrat) জন্মগ্রহণ করেছিলেন পঙ্কজ উদাস। ১৯৮০ সালে শুরু করেছিলেন তাঁর সঙ্গীত কেরিয়ার।
