বিশ্ব পরিবেশ দিবস উপলক্ষে অসামান্য  শিল্পকলায় পুরীর সৈকত রাঙিয়ে দিলেন প্রখ্যাত বালুশিল্পী সুদর্শন পট্টনায়েক(Sudarsan Pattnaik)। প্রকৃতি ও পৃথিবীর প্রতি মানুষের দায়িত্ব কর্তব্য ও সচেতনতাবোধ  বোঝাতে বিশ্বজুড়ে ৫ জুন বিশ্ব পরিবেশ দিবস পালিত হয়ে আসছে। এই উপলক্ষে এক পৃথিবী বোঝাতে সুদর্শন পট্টনায়েক পুরীর সৈকতে বালুশিল্পে ফুটিয়ে তুললেন নারীর মুখাবয়ব। ক্যাপশনে লিখলেন, আমাদের মাত্র একটা পৃথিবী রয়েছে। শুধু আমাদের নিজেদের স্বার্থে তাকে দেখাশোনা করতে হবে এমন নয়। তবে আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের স্বার্থে তার দেখভাল করতেই হবে।
