'Semi Naked Man Visible on Virtual Hearing For 20 Minutes Despite Objection': ভার্চুয়াল শুনানিতে দৃশ্যমান অর্ধনগ্ন ব্যক্তি, আদালত অবমাননার মামলা দায়ের করলেন আইনজীবী

কর্ণাটক আদালতের ভার্চুয়াল শুনানিতে অর্ধনগ্ন ব্যক্তির উপস্থিতিকে কেন্দ্র করে শুরু হয়েছে শোরগোল। টুইট বার্তায় বিষয়টি জানিয়েছেন আদালতের বর্ষীয়ান আইনজীবী ইন্দিরা জয়সিং। তিনি বলেন,  শুনানির সময় যখন তিনি তর্ক করছিলেন। সেই সময় অর্ধনগ্ন ব্যক্তিকে দেখা যায়। সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই ঘটার প্রতিবাদ করেন। তারপরেও প্রায় ২০ মিনিট ধরে সেই ব্যক্তির ভার্চুয়াল উপস্থিতি তাঁকে সহ্য করতে হয়েছে। আদালতের কাজ চলাকালীন এমন একটি পরিস্থিতি নিঃসন্দেহে বিরক্তিকর। এই ঘটনাকে তিনি যৌন হেনস্তা ও আদালত অবমাননা হিসেবে দেখছেন। এনিয়ে গুরুতর অভিযোগও দায়ের করেছেন ইন্দিরা জয়সিং ( Indira Jaising)।
