আজ বিশ্ব ইডলি দিবস। দক্ষিণ ভারতের অত্যন্ত জনপ্রিয় খাবার ইডলি। বিশ্বের অনেকেরই পছন্দের তালিকায় রয়েছে এই সুস্বাদু খাবারটি। ইডলি ভারতীয়দের অত্যন্ত প্রিয় খাদ্য হলেও এর জন্ম কিন্তু আদপেও ভারতে নয়। এটি আসলে বিদেশি খাবার। ভারতে ইডলির আগমন ৮০০-১২০০ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দের মধ্যে বলে মনে করা হয়। ২০১৫ সালে দিনটি প্রথম স্বীকৃতি পায়, এরপর থেকে প্রতি বছর ৩০ মার্চ বিশ্ব ইডলি দিবস পালিত হয়। বিশ্ব ইডলি দিবসে আপনার পরিচিত ইডলি প্রেমীদের পাঠিয়ে দিন বিশেষ শুভেচ্ছা বার্তা।
