ইউক্রেনে হামলা চালিয়েছে রাশিয়া। রাশিয়ান আগ্রাসনের সামনে পড়ে দিশেহারা ইউক্রেন। এই সময় বেশ কয়েকটি দেশে ইউজারদের জন্য হেটস্পিচ পলিসি চালু করল ফেসবুক ইনস্টাগ্রাম (Facebook, Instagram)। যাতে ইউজাররা মনের সুখে রাশিয়ান সেনা ও সেদেসের শীর্ষকর্তাদের বিরুদ্ধে বিদ্বেষমূলক মন্তব্য করতে পারে।  এবং এই হেটস্পিচের মাধ্যমে হিংসাও ছড়াতে পারেন সুনির্দিষ্ট কিছু দেশে ফেসবুক ও ইনস্টাগ্রাম ইউজাররা  এর ফলে রাশিয়ার প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন বা বেলারুসের প্রেসিডেন্ট আলেক্সান্ডার লুকাসেনকোকে খুনের হুমকিও দিতে পারে।
