দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ার (North Korea) ক্ষেপনাস্ত্র ব্যবহার করছে রাশিয়া (Russia)। পিয়ংইয়ংয়ে যে ক্ষেপনাস্ত্র তৈরি হচ্ছে, কিমের দেশের সেই অস্ত্র ইউক্রেনের উপর হামলায় ব্যবহার করছে রাশিয়া। সম্প্রতি ওয়াশিংটনের তরফে এমনই অভিযোগ করা হয়। আমেরিকার অভিযোগের তরফে এ বিষয়ে মুখ খোলা হয়নি ইউক্রেনের (Ukraine) তরফে। তবে দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ার ক্ষেপনাস্ত্র মস্কো ব্যবহার করছে কি না, সে বিষয়ে সুস্পষ্ট কোনও খবর নেই বলে জানান ইউক্রেনের বায়ু সেনার মুখপাত্র।
