যুদ্ধ বিধ্বস্ত ইউক্রেনের (Ukraine) পরিস্থিতি খতিয়ে দেখতে বৃহস্পতিবার সেখানে যান রাষ্ট্রসংঘের (UN) সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল অ্যান্টনিয়ো গারেটস। রাষ্ট্রসংঘের প্রতিনিধি যখন কিভে (Kyiv) রয়েছেন, সেই সময় ফের রাশিয়ার (Russia) বোমারু বিমান হামলা চালায়। রাষ্ট্রসংঘের প্রতিনিধি কিভে থাকাকালীন রুশ বিমান বাহিনী যে হামলা চালায় কিভে, তার জেরে ১ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে বলে খবর। তবে রাষ্ট্রসংঘের প্রতিনিধি কিভে থাকাকালীন সেখানে বিমান হামলা ভুলবশত হয়েছে বলে দাবি করা হয় রাশিয়ার তরফে।
