FIR Against Facebook User: জনসাধারণের শান্তি নষ্ট করার অভিযোগে ফেসবুক ব্যবহারকারীর বিরুদ্ধে মামলা দায়ের
‘নিচু ম্যাঙ্গালুরু’ নামে ফেসবুক ব্যবহারকারীর বিরুদ্ধে মামলা দায়ের করে তদন্ত শুরু করেছে কোনাজে পুলিশ।
নয়াদিল্লি: সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় উস্কানিমূলক পোস্টের জন্য ‘নিচু ম্যাঙ্গালুরু’ (Nichu Mangaluru) নামে এক ফেসবুক ব্যবহারকারীর (Facebook User) বিরুদ্ধে কোনাজে পুলিশ মামলা দায়ের করেছে। পুলিশ কমিশনার অনুপম আগরওয়াল জানিয়েছেন, যে উল্লাল তালুকের উল্লালথির বাসিন্দা সতীশ কুমার পুলিশের কাছে একটি অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন। তাঁর অভিযোগ, ওই ব্যক্তির পোস্টে জনসাধারণের শান্তি বিঘ্নিত করার লক্ষ্যে উস্কানিমূলক এবং আপত্তিকর মন্তব্য রয়েছে। পুলিশ ভারতীয় ন্যায় সংহিতা (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita) ধারা ১৯২ এবং ৩৫৩(১)(খ) এর অধীনে মামলা দায়ের করে তদন্ত শুরু করেছে। আরও পড়ুন: Neeraj Chopra: আর্শাদকে নিয়ে নোংরা আক্রমণ, কুৎসার যোগ্য জবাব দিলেন নীরজ চোপড়া
