শনিবার রাতে ভূমিকম্পে কেঁপে উঠল উত্তর পশ্চিম ইরান (Earthquake in Iran)। রিখটার স্কেলে ভূমিকম্পের মাত্রা ছিল ৫.৯। সংবাদ সংস্থা এএনআইের রিপোর্ট অনুযায়ী, ইরান তুরস্ক সীমান্তের কাছে খোয় শহরে (Khoy) শনিবার রাত ৯টা বেজে ৪৪ মিনিট নাগাদ ভূমিকম্প হয়। শক্তিশালী কম্পনের জেরে নিহত হয়েছেন ৭ জন। আহত হয়েছেন ৪৪০ জন।
