নয়াদিল্লিঃ বঙ্গে যখন তাণ্ডব চালাচ্ছে রেমাল (Cyclone Remal) , তখন মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের (US) বেশকিছু রাজ্যে টর্নেডোর (Storm)আঘাত। চার রাজ্য মিলিয়ে কমপক্ষে ২০ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে বলে খবর। টেক্সাসে (Texas) ৭ জন, আরকানসাসে ৫ জন, ওকলাহোমায় ২ জন এবং কেনটাকিতে ১ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে বলে জানা গিয়েছে। ঝড়ে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে বেশকিছু বাড়ি। বিদ্যুৎ বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে পড়েছে বহু এলাকা। যানবাহন উল্টে ডালাসের একটি জাতীয়সড়ক বন্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছে। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় একটি ভিডিয়ো ভাইরাল হয়েছে, যাতে দেখা যাচ্ছে একটি পেট্রোল স্টেশন প্রায় সম্পূর্ণভাবে ধ্বংস হয়ে গিয়েছে।
