ইউক্রেনের (Russian) লভিভ (Lviv)শহরের একাধিক জায়গায় রকেট হামলা চালাল রাশিয়া। কালো ধোঁয়ায় ভরে গিয়েছে গোটা এলাকা। লভিভের মেয়র আন্দ্রি সাডোভি টুইটারে বলেছেন, "রকেট হামলার ফলে লভিভে দুটি পাওয়ার সাবস্টেশন ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে। শহরের একটি অংশে বিদ্যুৎ নেই।"
