এই নিয়ে মুখ খুললেন ক্লারিসা স্বয়ং। তিনি বললেন, এটা ভুল হচ্ছে। আফগান সরকারের আমলে কাবুলে তাঁর যে ছবি দেখানো হচ্ছে সেটা স্টুডিওর ভিতর। আর তালিবান আমলে তাঁর যে ছবি দেখানো হচ্ছে সেটা প্রকাশ্য রাস্তায়। তিনি কাবুলের রাস্তায় মাথায় ওড়না জড়িয়েই বরাবরই হাঁটেন বলে ক্লারিসা জানান।
