ইউক্রেনের এক জনপ্রতিনিধির অবাক কাণ্ড। এক সরকারী বৈঠকের মাঝে এক গ্রামীন কাউন্সিলর আচমকা পকেট থেকে বের করে হ্যান্ড গ্রেনেড মাটিতে ছুড়তে থাকেন। হ্যান্ড গ্রেনেডে বিস্ফোরণে জখম হন ২৬ জন সরকারী কর্তা, জনপ্রতিনিধি। একজনের মৃত্যুরও খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে। কী কারণে সেই জনপ্রতিনিধি এমন কাজ করলেন তা পরিষ্কার নয়।
