Fake Call Centre: মার্কিন নাগরিকদের ঋণ দেওয়ার নামে প্রতারণা, ভুয়ো কল সেন্টার চালানোর অভিযোগে গোয়াতে ধৃত ১৮
আমেরিকার নাগরিকদের ঋণ দেওয়ার প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে প্রতারণা করত। এই অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পরেই একটি ভুয়ো কল সেন্টারে হানা দিয়ে ১৮ জনকে গ্রেফতার করল গোয়া পুলিশ।
আমেরিকার নাগরিকদের (US citizens) ঋণ দেওয়ার প্রলোভন (pretext of facilitating loans) দেখিয়ে প্রতারণা (cheating) করত। এই অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পরেই পানাজিতে (Panaji) একটি ভুয়ো কল সেন্টারে (fake call centre) হানা দিয়ে ১৮ জনকে গ্রেফতার (arrest) করল গোয়া পুলিশ (Goa police)। তল্লাশি (raid) চালানোর সময় ওই কল সেন্টার থেকে ১৩টি ল্যাপটপ, ১৩টি মোবাইল ফোন, চারটি মোডেম ও চারটি রাউটার এবং ১৫ লক্ষ টাকার অন্যান্য জিনিসপত্র বাজেয়াপ্ত (seized) করা হয়েছে। আরও পড়ুন: Doctor Promotion : ক্ষমতা হাতে আসতেই দিল্লিতে ২৬৩ মেডিকেল অফিসারকে বদলি উপরাজ্যপালের
