উত্তরপ্রদেশের লাখিমপুর খেরিতে আন্দোলনরত কৃষকদের গাড়ি পিষে মারার মত মারাত্মক অভিযোগ আছে তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে। কিন্তু তিনি খোদ কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী অজয় মিশ্র-র ছেলে বলে কথা। তাই আদালতে ঢোকার মুখে এমন একটা ভঙ্গিমা করলেন, যাতে যেন বোঝানোর চেষ্টা করলেন তিনি এসবের পরোয়া করেন না। তিনি আশিষ মিশ্র।
