'ওয়ারিস পঞ্জাব দে'-র (Waris Punjab De) প্রধান অমৃতপাল সিংয়ের (Amritpal Singh) ঘনিষ্ঠ লভপ্রীত তুফানকে মুক্ত করা হল জেল থেকে। শুক্রবার লভপ্রীত তুফানকে (Lovepreet Toffan ) মুক্ত করা হয়। ওয়ারিস পঞ্জাব দে-র প্রধান অমৃতপাল সিংয়ের ঘনিষ্ঠ লভপ্রীত তুফানকে কেন গ্রেফতার করা হয়, তা নিয়ে বৃহস্পতিবার থেকে উত্তাল হতে শুরু করে পঞ্জাব। আজনালা থানার বাইরে শুরু হয় জোরদার বিক্ষোভ। বৃহস্পতিবারের বিক্ষোভের জেরে পরপর ৬ পুলিশ কর্মীর আহত হওয়ার খবর মেলে।
