এবার এক পীর বাবাকে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করল আদালত। শিশুর যৌন হেনস্থার (Sexual Abuse) অভিযোগে পীর বাবাকে দোষী সাব্যস্ত কর হয় কাশ্মীরের (Kashmir Court) আদালতের তরফে। ভারতীয় দণ্ডবিধির ৩৭৭ ধারায় স্বঘোষিত পীর বাবাকে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করা হয় কাশ্মীরের আদালতের তরফে। নাবালিকা এক শিশুকে যৌন হেনস্থা করা হয়েছে বলে কাশ্মীরের পীর বাবার বিরুদ্ধে দায়ের করা হয় অভিযোগ। যে অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতেই পকসো আইনের আওতায় সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করা হয় বলে খবর।
