'বিদেশমন্ত্রীর উপর আপনাদের বিশ্বাস নেই। নির্বাচিত বিদেশমন্ত্রীর উপর আপনাদের বিশ্বাস নেই। নিজের দেশের মন্ত্রীকে বিশ্বাস না করে আপনারা বিদেশের উপর বেশি বিশ্বাসী। কেন আপনাজের এত বিদেশ প্রেম, তা বেধগম্য হয়। আর সেই কারণেই আপনারা আরও ২০ বছর ধরে বিরোধী আসনেই বসে থাকবেন।' অপারেশন সিঁদূর নিয়ে সংসদে যখন ঝোড়ো আলোচনা চলছে। সেই সময় বিদেশমন্ত্রী এস জয়শঙ্করের কথায় হইহট্টগোল শুরু করলে, তোপ দাগতে দেখা যায় কেন্দ্রীয় স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ (Amit Shah)। সংসদে বাদল অধিবেশনের মাঝেই শ্রীনগরের দারা জঙ্গলে পহেলগাম হামলার ৩ জঙ্গিকে নিকেষ করে সেনা বাহিনী। পহলেগাম হামলার জঙ্গিকে নিকেষ ভারতীয় সেনা বাহিনীর বড় সাফল্য বলেই মনে করা হচ্ছে।
