সংঘর্ষ বিরতি চুক্তি ভাঙল পাকিস্তান (Pakistan)। শনিবার সন্ধে নামতেই জম্মু কাশ্মীরের (Jammu And Kashmir) একাধিক জায়গা থেকে বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ শোনা যায়। জম্মু কাশ্মীরের শ্রীনগর (Srinagar), বারমেঢ়ে অন্ধকার করে দেওয়া হয়। এরপর শ্রীনগর থেকে শোনা যায় একের পর এক বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ। অর্থাৎ ভারত (India), পাকিস্তানের মধ্যে সংঘর্ষ বিরতি হয়েছে বলে শনিবার বিকেলে বিদেশ সচিব বিক্রম মিস্রি যে সাংবাদিক সম্মেলন করেন, তার কয়েক ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই সংঘর্ষ বিরতি চুক্তি ভেঙে ফেলে বিস্ফোরণ ঘটায় পাকিস্তান। শ্রীনগর থেকে যখন একের পর এক বিস্ফোরণের শব্দ ভেসে আসতে শুরু করে, সেই সময় রাজস্থান, পাঞ্জাবের একাধিক জায়গাতেও ব্ল্যাকআউট করে দেওয়া হয়।
