Uniform Marriage Code: দেশে অভিন্ন বিবাহ আইন চালু করুন, কেন্দ্রকে বার্তা কেরল হাইকোর্টের
ভারতে (India) অভিন্ন বিবাহ আইন চালু করার জন্য কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে ভাবনাচিন্তা করতে বলল কেরল হাইকোর্ট।

শুক্রবার এই বিষয়ে কেরল হাইকোর্টের তরফে জানানো হয়, বৈবাহিক সম্পর্কের মধ্যে গণ্ডগোল (matrimonial disputes) কমাতে ও স্ত্রীদের মঙ্গলের জন্য (common welfare of spouses) কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের উচিত খুবই গুরুত্ব দিয়ে ভারতে অভিন্ন বিবাহ আইন চালু করার বিষয়ে আলোচনা করা। আর খুব তাড়াতাড়ি এই আইনটি লাঘু করা।

Kerala High Court also directed the Central Government to seriously consider having a uniform marriage code in India to promote the common welfare of spouses in matrimonial disputes.
