রাস্তা দিয়ে সাইকেল চালিয়ে যাওয়া দুই ব্যক্তিকে পিছন থেকে সজোরে এসে ধাক্কা মারে অটো। ছিটকে পড়েন দুই সাইকেল আরোহী। সাইকেল দুটিকে ধাক্কা মেরে যাত্রী বোঝাই অটোটিও রাস্তায় উলটে পড়ে। ১১ সেপ্টেম্বর সকালে পাঞ্জাব চণ্ডীগড়ের ঘটনার সিসিটিভি ফুটেজ উঠে এসেছে সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় (Chandigarh Road Accident Video)। ১৯ দিন ধরে হাসপাতালে মৃত্যুর সঙ্গে লড়াই করে মৃত্যুর কোলে ঢোলে পড়লেন ঘটনায় আহত সাইকেল আরোহী লক্ষ্মীন্দর সিং। পেশায় তিনি চিকিৎসক। অপর সাইকেল আরোহী তাঁর বন্ধু, দুর্ঘটনার আঘাত পেলেও চিকিৎসায় সুস্থ হয়ে উঠেছেন।
