দিল্লি মেট্রোয় এক যুবকের হস্তমৈথুনের ঘটায় জোর শোরগোল শুরু হয়েছে। প্রকাশ্যে সহযাত্রীর সামনে ওই যুবক কীভাবে এই ধরনের লাজলজ্জাহীন কাজ করলেন, তা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তোলেন দিল্লি মহিলা কমিশনের প্রধান স্বাতী মালিওয়াল। যে যুবক এই ধরনের কাজ করেন, তিনি মানসিক বিকারগ্রস্থ বলে মন্তব্য করেন স্বাতী মালিওয়াল। পাশাপাশি তিনি দিল্লি পুলিশ এবং মেট্রো কর্তৃপক্ষকে এ বিষয়ে চিঠি পাঠিয়েছেন বলেও ট্যুইট করেন মহিলা কমিশন প্রধান।
