বাবা, কাকা এবং দাদুর বিরুদ্ধে যৌন হেনস্থা এবং শারীরিক নিগ্রহের অভিযোগ তুলল কিশোরী। পরিবারের ৩ জনের বিরুদ্ধে একযোগে যৌন হেনস্থার অভিযোগ তোলে পুণের ১৭ বছরের এক কিশোরী। নির্যাতিতার দাবি, গত ৬ বছর ধরে বাবা, কাকা এবং দাদু একযোগে তাঁর যৌন হেনস্থা করেছে। কিশোরীর অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পরপরই পুলিশ ভারতীয় দণ্ডবিধির ৩৭৬ এবং ৩৫৪ ধারায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করে। সেই সঙ্গে অভিযুক্তদের বিরুদ্ধে পকসো আইনেও দায়ের করা হয় এফআইআর।
