চাইবাসার এস পি জানিয়েছেন মাওবাদী জঙ্গিরা গতরাতে গোইলকেরা থানার সীমানায় মনোহরপুর এবং গোয়েলকেরার মধ্যে রেলপথ উড়িয়ে দিয়েছে।
ঝাড়খণ্ডের পশ্চিম সিংভূম জেলায় মাওবাদী হামলায় উড়িয়ে দেওয়া হয় আস্ত একটা রেললাইন। এই হামলার জেরে বাতিল করা হলো মোট ১৩টি ট্রেন।

এই ঘটনায় রেল পরিষেবা বিঘ্নিত হয় গতকাল রাত থেকেই, তবে যুদ্ধকালীন তৎপরতায় পুনরুদ্ধারের কাজ চলছে।
