শিবলিঙ্গের প্রতি অসম্মান করেছেন এআইএমআইএম নেতা দানিশ কুরেশি (Danish Qureshi)। এমনই অভিযোগে এবার দানিশ কুরেশিকে গ্রেফতার করল গুজরাটপুলিশ। জ্ঞানবাপী মসজিদে সম্প্রতি যে শিবলিঙ্গ মিলেছে বলে খবর ছড়ায়, সে বিষয়েই দানিশ কুরেশি অপমানজনক মন্তব্য করেন বলে অভিযোগ করে বিশ্ব হিন্দু পরিষদ। এরপরই আহমেদাবাদের অপরাধ দমন শাখা দানিশ কুরেশিকে প্রথমে আটক করে, পরে গ্রেফতার করে।
