False Rape Case: ধর্ষণের মিথ্যে মামলা দায়ের করে অর্থ হড়পের চেষ্টা, আইনজীবীকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে মহিলার কীর্তিতে অবাক আদালত, সিবিআই তদন্তের নির্দেশ
মিথ্যে ধর্ষণের মামলা দায়ের করে ফাঁসলেন এক মহিলা এবং তাঁর আইনজীবী। রিপোর্টে প্রকাশ, মিথ্যে ধর্ষণের মামলা দায়ের করেছিলেন এক মহিলা। নিজের আইনজীবীকে সঙ্গে ওই মহিলা এলাহাবাদ হাইকো র্টের (Allahabad High Court) দ্বারস্থ হন। যা কার্যত ধরতে পারে আদালত। মিথ্যে ধর্ষণের মামলা দায়েরের জেরে ওই মহিলা এবং তাঁর আইনজীবীর বিরুদ্ধে এবার সিবিআই তদন্তের নির্দেশ দিল আদালত। এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্টের তরফে জানানো হয়, মামলা দায়েরকারী মহিলা নিজের আইনজীবীকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে মিথ্যে অভিযোগ করেন। ধর্ষণের মিথ্যে মামলা দায়ের করে যাতে রোজগার করা যায়, সেই কথা ভেবেই ওই মহিলা এবং তাঁর আইনজীবী এই ধরনের মিথ্যের আশ্রয় নেন। অন্যর কাছ থেকে অর্থ হড়পের জন্যই দুজনে একসঙ্গে মিলে মিথ্যে মামলা দায়ের করে বলে জানায় এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট। শুধু একজনের বিরুদ্ধে নয়, এমন ববেশ কয়েকজনের বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যে মামলা দায়ের করে ওই মহিলা এবং তাঁর আইনজীবী অর্থ হড়পের চেষ্টা করেন বলেও জানানো হয় আদালতের তরফে।
