ফের বাড়ছে করোনা (Corona) আক্রান্তের সংখ্যা। ওমিক্রনের (Omicron) JN.1 সাব ভ্যারিয়েন্ট কেরলে ধরা পড়ার পর এবার গোায়ায়ও মিলল সংক্রমণ। ২৪ ডিসেম্বর গোটা দেশে যে ৬৪ জন করোনায় সংক্রমিত হন, তার মধ্যে গোয়ায় আক্রান্ত ৩৪ জন। মহারাষ্ট্রে সংক্রমিত ৯ জন, কর্ণাটকে ৮ জন আক্রান্ত হন। তামিলনাড়ুতে ৪ জন এবং ২ জন আক্রান্ত তেলাঙ্গানায়। ফলে করোনা আক্রান্তদের নিয়ে গোটা দেশ জুড়ে ফের আতঙ্ক ছড়াতে শুরু করেছে।
