পঞ্জাবের অমৃতসর সেক্টরে (Amritsar Sector) বিএসএফ(BSF)-র গুলিতে নিহত পাকিস্তানি অনুপ্রবেশকারী (Pakistani Intruder) সরকারি বিবৃতি অনুসারে, বিএসএফ জওয়ানরা সীমান্তের বেড়ার সামনে এক অনুপ্রবেশকারীর সন্দেহজনক গতিবিধি লক্ষ্য করে। সে সীমান্ত পেরিয়ে অমৃতসর সেক্টরে ভারতীয় ভূখণ্ডে প্রবেশ করেছিল। জওয়ানরা তাকে থামতে বলেন। যদিও অনুপ্রবেশকারী কথা কানে না তুলে এগিয়ে যেতে থাকে। এরপরই গুলি চালান জওয়ানরা। ঘটনাস্থলেই পাক অনুপ্রবেশকারী নিহত হয়।

As per the official statement, "BSF troops observed some suspicious movement of a Pakistani intruder ahead of Border fencing who had crossed the border & entered into Indian territory in the Amritsar sector..."
