সাঁতার কাটতে গিয়ে ঘটল বিপত্তি। নর্মদা নদীতে (Narmada River) জলের তোড়ে ভেসে গেলেন ৭ জন। এর মধ্যে কয়েকজন নাবালক রয়েছে বলেও জানা গিয়েছে। গত বুধবার রাতে ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে, গুজরাটের নর্মদা জেলায় পইচা এলাকায়। ইতিমধ্যেই ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছেছে জাতীয় দুর্যোগ উদ্ধার বাহিনী এবং ভাদোদরার দমকল বাহিনী। যদিও এখনও পর্যন্ত কাউকেই উদ্ধার করতে পারেনি উদ্ধারকারী দল। এখনও পর্যন্ত উদ্ধারকাজ চালাচ্ছে এডিআরএফের সদস্যরা।
