Pani Puri Google Doodle: আজ গুগল ডুডলে উদযাপন পানিপুরির, সকলে মিলে খেয়ে ও খেলে মেতে উঠুন আনন্দে

ফুচকার মতো জিভে জল আনা লোভনীয় খাবার বোধহয় পৃথিবীতে খুব কম আছে। এই একটি খাবার যা মনে করলেও জিভে চলে আসে। আর তার সঙ্গে আলুর পুর আর তেঁতুল জলে ডুবিয়ে ফটাফট মুখ চালান করে দেন আপামর ফুচকা প্রেমীরা। যা একেবারে অমৃতের স্বাদ দেয়!

আজ ১২ জুলাই গুগল তাঁর হোম পেজে ডুডলের মাধ্যমে উদযাপন করছে দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার প্রসিদ্ধ এই স্ট্রীট ফুড পানি পুরি বা ফুচকাকে নিয়ে। কিন্তু হঠাৎ আজই বা কেন পানিপুরি নিয়ে এত মাতামাতি হচ্ছে? সূত্র বলছে ২০১৫ সালের আজকের দিনে, মধ্যপ্রদেশের ইন্দোরের একটি রেস্তোরাঁ  ৫১ ধরনের নানা স্বাদের পানিপুরি পরিবেশনের জন্য বিশ্ব রেকর্ড অর্জন করেছিল। গোলগাপ্পা, ফুলকি, টিক্কি, পানি কে বাতাসে, ফুচকা বিভিন্ন নামে পানি পুরিকে ডাকা হয়।
