ক্ষমতায় এসেই বড় ঘোষণা। কর্ণাটকে এবার ২০০ ইউনিট পর্যন্ত বিদ্যুৎ খরচ করলে, আর চিন্তা নেই। ২০০ ইউনিট পর্যন্ত বিদ্যুতের বিল এলে, তার দাম দিতে হবে না সে রাজ্যের বাসিন্দাদের। এমনকী যাঁরা ভাড়া বাড়িতে থাকেন, সেই সমস্ত মানুষের ক্ষেত্রেও ২০০ ইউনিট পর্যন্ত বিনামূল্যে বিদ্যুৎ সরবারহ করা হবে বলে জানান মুখ্যমন্ত্রী সিদ্দারামাইয়া।
