খনি ধ্বসে মৃত্যু হল ১৫ জনের। এর পাশাপাশি আহত হয়েছেন ১১ জন। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে ভেনেজুয়েলার বলিভারে লা পারাগুয়াতে। ঘটনাস্থলে পৌছেছে উদ্ধারকারী দল।
ভেনেজুয়ালার প্রেসিডেন্ট নিকোলাস মাদুরো জানিয়েছেন তল্লাশি শুরু করা হয়েছে। আহতদের ভর্তি করানো হয়েছে স্থানীয় হাসপাতালে।
