মার্কিন সেনাকে বিতাড়িত করার পর বেশ কিছুদিন অরাজকতা চলল সমগ্র আফগানিস্তান (Afghanistan) জুড়ে। এবার কাবুল বিমানবন্দরকে সক্রিয় করার জন্য উঠেপড়ে লেগেছে তালিবান (Taliban)। সেকারণে সংযুক্ত আরব আমীরশাহির ( UAE ) সঙ্গে চূড়ান্ত পর্যায়ের বার্তালাপও সম্পন্ন হয়েছে।
