১২ জুলাই থেকে লাগা আগুনে ইতিমধ্যেই পুড়ে গেছে লক্ষাধিক জমি
ভয়াবহ আগুনের গ্রাসে সিরিয়ার মধ্য, পশ্চিম ও উত্তর পশ্চিম বনাঞ্চল। গত ১২ জুলাই থেকে ভয়াবহ আগুনের গ্রাসে সিরিয়ার বিস্তীর্ণ এলাকা। সিরিয়ার সেন্ট্রাল প্রভিন্সের হামা এলাকায় আগুন ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে এছাড়া টারটৌস, লাটাকিয়া এবং ইডলিবও জ্বলছে ভয়াবহ আগুনে।যার মধ্য়ে হামা এবং লাটাকিয়া সবথেকে বেশি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বলে জানা গেছে।
কানাডা, আমেরিকা, সিরিয়া সহ বিভিন্ন এলাকায় প্রতিবছর বনাঞ্চলে আগুন লাগার কারনে নষ্ট হয়ে যায় বহু বনাঞ্চল এবং চাষযোগ্য জমি।অত্যাধিক গরমের কারণে বনাঞ্চল গগুলিতে আগুন লাগার ঘটনা ঘটে।
