ফের ইউক্রেনে হামলা চালাল রাশিয়া (Russia-Ukraine War)। মস্কো এবার  ইউক্রেনের দ্বিতীয় বৃহত্তম শহর খারকিভে মিসাইল হামলা চালাল। সেখানকার মেয়র ইয়র তেরেক জানিয়েছেন, মঙ্গলবার রাতে খারকিভের খোলোদনোহিরিস্কি জেলার বহুতলের উপরে আছড়ে পড়ে মিসাইল। উদ্ধারকাজ যুদ্ধকালীন তৎপরতায় শুরু হলেও এখনও পর্যন্ত প্রাণহানি ও সম্পত্তির ক্ষয়ক্ষতির হিসেব স্পষ্ট নয়।
