ক্যালিফোর্ণিয়ার পর লস এঞ্জেলস (Los Angeles )। শক্তিশালী টর্নেডোয় (Tornado) কেঁপে উঠল ক্যালিফোর্ণিয়ার দক্ষিণের এই শহর। লস এঞ্জেলসের মনটিবেলো কেঁপে ওঠে টর্নেডোর জেরে। রিপোর্টে প্রকাশ, ১৯৮৩ সাল থেকে লস এঞ্জেলসে যত টর্নেডো হয়েছে, তারমধ্যে এটি সবচেয়ে শক্তিশালী। বিধ্বংসী টর্নেজোর জেরে ওই অঞ্চলের বাড়িঘরের ছাদ যেমন উড়ে যেতে শুরু করে, তেমনি গাড়িও উলটে পড়ে।
