পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের পরেই এলাকায় হিংসা ছড়িয়ে পড়ে, ব্যালট বাক্স নিয়ে চম্পট দেয় বেশ কয়েকজন দুষ্কৃতি
মুর্শিদাবাদের পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনের পর ড্রেনের মধ্যে দেখা মিলল ৩ টি ব্যলট বাক্সের।পঞ্চায়েত নির্বাচনকে কেন্দ্র করে মুর্শিদাবাদের বেশ কিছু জায়গায় উত্তেজনা ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। বুথ থেকে ব্যলট বাক্স ছিনিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে দেখা যায় বেশ কয়েকজনকে।
সেই ব্যলট বাক্সগুলিকেই দেখা গেল ড্রেনের মধ্যে। এবিষয়ে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলে একজন স্থানীয় জানান, "নির্বাচনের পর এখানে অবস্থা ভালো নয়, সাধারণ মানুষ আতঙ্কের মধ্যে রয়েছেন।যদি কেউ কিছু বলে তাহলে তৃণমূল ভয় দেখাচ্ছে" , বলে জানান ওই ব্যক্তি।
