নিন্ম আদালতে দোষীসাব্যস্ত হলেও সম্প্রতি কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট ২০১৩ সালে ঘটা কামদুনি ধর্ষণকাণ্ডের মামলায় অভিযুক্তদের মধ্যে চারজনকে মুক্তি দিয়েছে।
নিন্ম আদালতে দোষীসাব্যস্ত হলেও সম্প্রতি কলকাতা হাইকোর্ট (Calcutta High Court) ২০১৩ সালে ঘটা কামদুনি ধর্ষণকাণ্ডের মামলায় (2013 Kamduni rape) অভিযুক্তদের (accused) মধ্যে চারজনকে মুক্তি দিয়েছে।
